In-House Sales Executive
to join our Nottingham team. This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and passionate about sales, relationship-building, and achieving outstanding results.
You will be responsible for converting inbound inquiries, upselling training pathways, maintaining relationships with delegates, and consistently hitting monthly revenue targets. A
high-earning commission scheme
is in place, offering significant income potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media, converting them into course bookings.
Proactively follow up with warm leads, previous delegates, and pipeline prospects.
Achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an organised CRM system with accurate notes, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
Provide expert guidance on Derma Institute courses, pathways, and career options.
Confidently upsell add-ons such as:
Course bundles
Masterclasses
Level 7 Diploma
Skin boosters, PRP, threads, etc.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and returning delegates.
Support the wider team during peak periods, events, and launches.
Provide feedback to management on sales trends, competitor activity, and delegate needs.
Attend training when required to stay up-to-date with course content and industry developments.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous sales experience (phone-based or face-to-face).
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive attitude with resilience to overcome objections.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work fast in a busy office environment.
Positive, team-player mentality.
