Sales Advisor
to join our family and help deliver personalized service to our customers, both in person and online.
Role Overview
This is an on-site position based at our showroom. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in person, over the phone, and via online chat/email. Your role will involve offering expert advice, answering questions, and guiding customers through our product range. You'll also be responsible for processing orders and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert product advice and guidance to customers visiting our showroom.
Assist customers over the phone, via email, and through live chat, ensuring quick and effective responses.
Take orders and process sales, ensuring all customer details are recorded accurately.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere in-store.
Help customers find the right products to suit their needs and preferences.
Work closely with our team to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth delivery.
Address customer queries and offer post-purchase support.
What We're Looking For:
Experience
: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not essential. We value your ability to communicate and connect with customers.
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
Confidence
: Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and online (phone, email, chat).
Team Player
