Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing expert guidance on lift solutions that meet project-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities in construction, architecture, and property development sectors.
Review drawings and plans to glean information needed to process
Communicate via phone/email with clients to assess their vertical transportation needs and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Maintain and develop current working system for raising estimates (currently Excel based)
Liaise with design and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and value-added service.
Stay current with market trends, industry standards, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites with occasional overnight visits.
Preferred but not essential:
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction, M&E, building services, etc.
