As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide exceptional service. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing recommendations based on their preferences. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean and organised sales environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and cleaned regularly. Collaborate with team members to improve and enhance our social media pages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers. Repairs (Basic jewellery repairs and changing watch batteries and/or straps). and other duties.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure. Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and cash management. A genuine interest in providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
