As a Sales Advisor at Wholesale Domestic, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service to every customer--whether they're buying a toilet seat or a full bathroom suite. You'll use your sales skills to help customers find the right products, support your team in achieving showroom targets, and maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism. This is a hands-on role where building relationships and creating memorable experiences is key.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Welcoming and engaging customers, creating a positive and memorable experience.
Using confident sales techniques, including upselling, to maximise opportunities while meeting customer needs.
Accurately processing orders and estimates, liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Following up on estimates and web orders to secure sales and identify upselling opportunities.
Promoting company products and offers, providing knowledgeable advice to customers.
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve showroom and company targets.
Maintaining showroom standards for ticketing, displays and cleanliness.
Responding professionally to customer queries in person, by phone, and via email.
