We're looking for a motivated, people-loving Sales Advisor to join our Peebles team. You'll be the first face clients see, the voice they trust, and the energy that inspires them to book again. What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Client Service Convert spa enquiries into bookings with warmth and confidence Recommend packages, memberships, and retail products to match client needs Deliver exceptional service from the first "hello" to the final follow-up

Reception & Admin Excellence

Manage bookings via our digital system with accuracy and efficiency Keep things running smoothly on the spa floor - think calm, organised, and client-first Support therapists with diary management and team coordination

Supporting Growth

Help drive spa revenue through upselling and rebooking Be a brand ambassador for PURE - in every conversation, every client interaction Engage with local promotions and events when needed

What We're Looking For

Experience in a sales, customer service, retail or front-of-house role Someone who loves working to targets and thrives in a busy environment A positive, professional communicator who puts clients at ease Tech-confident and comfortable managing digital bookings Bonus: experience in spa, salon, or health & wellness settings
