Communicate effectively to build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Negotiate terms of sale and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring that all displays are well-stocked and visually appealing. Utilise IT systems to manage customer information. Collaborate with team members and contribute to overall store success. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills to manage various tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes. Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality of service. A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences is essential.
