Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our clothing and accessories team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Duties

Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Utilise strong organisational skills to manage customer interactions. Demonstrate exceptional time management abilities by prioritising tasks and managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. Building rapport with customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive team environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is highly desirable but is not essential. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications for tracking sales and managing customer relationships. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with diverse customers. Proven ability to manage time efficiently while delivering exceptional service under pressure.
