Job Overview:
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into sales. You will work with warm leads, engaging with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in our offerings. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a sales environment and are looking for the opportunity to earn through performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads, providing information and answering questions about our products/services.
- Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer preferences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inbound sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
