Key Candidate Qualities:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or professional environment is helpful, not essential, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are the priority.
Clear and effective communication skills, both spoken and written, to engage respectfully with a diverse customer base.
Effective problem-solving ability, demonstrating composure and persistence when managing customer inquiries.
A collaborative mindset with the capacity to also work autonomously and show initiative
