Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic B2C Sales Representative, preferably in architectural / construction capacity for domestic clients, to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to negotiate effectively. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Nurture 450+ warm leads and provide value using our proven process to convert at a high level. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing market presence. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a telesales-based position, ideally working with domestic clients. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in IT tools and software relevant to sales processes. Ability to negotiate successfully while maintaining positive client relationships. A strong drive to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous. A valid driving licence is would be an advantage, but not essential.
