As a

Sales Advisor

, your main focus will be generating new business through outreach and relationship building. You'll play a key role in expanding our client base and driving company growth.

Duties



Make outbound calls and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs. Present our management, marketing, and project solutions tailored to each client's goals. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across multiple sectors. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident phone presence. Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. Basic computer literacy (CRM, email, Microsoft Office, etc.). A background or interest in marketing, content creation, or business management is a plus.

Compensation



This position is

fully commission-based with uncapped earning potential
