Responsibilities



Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct B2B sales meetings, presenting solutions that meet client needs and negotiating terms effectively. Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals within designated timeframes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address any client concerns promptly. Utilise IT tools and CRM systems to organise client data, monitor sales activities, and generate reports for management review. Demonstrate excellent organisational skills by prioritising tasks effectively whilst managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Drive continuous improvement by participating in training sessions related to negotiation techniques, product updates, and sales strategies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments or customer service roles. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Valid driving licence is preferred as travel between client sites may be required. Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office applications. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service. Good understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proactive approach towards achieving targets. Pay: 24,420.00-48,648.95 per year
