Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service and effective communication. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and understanding their needs, ensuring that we provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Conduct B2B sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth. Utilise IT systems to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on performance metrics. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and meetings.
