Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered.

Product Knowledge

: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products to effectively assist customers and showcase product features through demonstrations.

Sales Platform Management

: Utilise your computer skills to manage online sales platforms, including uploading new items, updating product details, and processing online orders.

Shop Presentation

: Keep the shop clean, tidy, and well-organised, ensuring all products are demo-ready and attractively displayed.

Stock Management

: Restock shelves as needed, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock records.

Cash Handling

: Handle transactions efficiently, including cashing up and balancing tills at the end of the day.

Requirements

Reliability & Punctuality

: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

Excellent Communication Skills

: Able to engage with customers and colleagues effectively.

Computer Proficiency

: Skilled in using computers for online sales management, including uploading and managing product listings.

Attention to Detail

: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the shop.

Team Player

: Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Well Presented

: Takes pride in their appearance to match our smart dress code.

Work Schedule

: Tuesday to Thursday 10am-7pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 27 per week but there's always overtime to cover hols etc.
