Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Telephone Sales Advisor

to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls from potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. Respond to inbound calls from existing and new customers to discuss their needs, provide product/service information, and close sales.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Monday - Sunday 37.5 hours per week over 5 days
