About the Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, youll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. Youll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.
What Youll Do

• Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
• Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments
• Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently
• Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable
