Job Responsibilities:
Represent major brands, acting as the first point of contact on behalf of our clients
Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation during all customer-facing interactions and promotional events
Manage all customer enquiries, providing strong product knowledge
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Close deals to achieve organisational growth targets
Shadow senior managers to learn team leadership, campaign management, and operational processes
Participate in review meetings and contribute to team goal-setting
One-on-one mentorship from experienced managers
-Following this, candidates will progress towards a management position by developing skills in the areas of:
Public speaking
Finance and accounts.
HR and PR
Campaign development and client management. Team management.
Skills
:- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
Multilingual abilities are advantageous
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated fantastic etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries
Organisational skills to maintain a neat and orderly work environment
Ability to sell products or services persuasively
Leadership skills to enhance within the trainee programme
A keen sense and drive to progress within the sales industry
