This will be the first Emma Sleep store in the UK, giving customers the chance to try the products in person and experience the brand for themselves.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident
Sales Assistant
who enjoys talking to people, understands great service, and takes pride in creating a welcoming store environment.
What you'll do
Welcome every customer warmly and help them find the right sleep setup for their needs.
Learn the full Emma product range and explain the features clearly and confidently.
Support the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store including deliveries and merchandising.
Keep the store presentation at a high standard at all times.
Contribute to sales targets through genuine service and positive teamwork.
Collect customer feedback and pass insights to the Store Manager to help improve the store.
Take part in local events and community activities that raise awareness of the brand.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in retail or other customer-facing roles.
Friendly, confident communicator with a positive attitude.
Passion for wellness, interiors or lifestyle brands.
Reliable, organised and willing to work weekends and busy retail periods.
Someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in their work.
