Job Description

We are a busy, well-established used car dealership looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our team in a fast-paced office and car sales role. This position suits someone who enjoys dealing with people, can handle multiple tasks, and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

No previous motor trade experience is required -- full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Handling incoming phone, online, and showroom enquiries Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers in a professional manner Supporting vehicle sales from enquiry through to handover Assisting with finance enquiries and applications Completing sales paperwork and general office administration Updating customer and vehicle records accurately Liaising with customers, finance companies, and suppliers

Confident communicator on the phone and face-to-face Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Organised with good attention to detail Professional, well-presented, and reliable Basic car knowledge or a strong interest in cars Positive attitude and willingness to learn
