Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our store, providing outstanding customer service, supporting sales, and maintaining the luxurious environment our clients expect. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, providing a personalized shopping experience. Offer expert advice and product knowledge on premium brands. Assist customers in finding items, styling, and making purchasing decisions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain impeccable store presentation and ensure stock is well-organized and replenished. Support visual merchandising and promotional activities. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail, ideally in premium or luxury fashion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients. A passion for fashion and awareness of current trends. Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic IT and till operation skills.
