Regional Project Sales Advisor / Newcastle under Lyme / 27,000 to 29,000 D.O.E.

looking for a new challenge? Broxap, a market-leading family-owned engineering business, is looking for a talented sales closer to join our internal sales team at our headquarters in Chesterton, Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

Established in 1946, we're proud to be market leaders in designing and manufacturing street furniture, shelters, covered walkways, and playground equipment. We work with a diverse client base across both the public and private sectors, including local authorities, the education sector, architects, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Advisor:



Proactively follow up on quotations and negotiate deals to secure orders and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and customer service. Use various business tools, project subscriptions, and social media platforms to identify and research new sales opportunities. Maintain accurate project and contact notes using our CRM system and provide weekly reports on sales activity and forecasts. Provide customers with expert sales and technical advice over the phone. Schedule and plan meetings with both prospective and existing clients as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required:



Proven experience in a sales development and order-closing role. Strong negotiation, cross-selling, and closing skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise high-value sales leads. Confident and clear communication skills, comfortable working with clients and colleagues at all levels. Experience with CRM database systems and strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good understanding of web and social media for research purposes.

Working Arrangements:



Competitive Salary of 27,000 to 29,000 per annum depending on experience. Company pension 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. On-site parking is available. Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with additional hours as needed.
