alternating weekly 7am - 3.30pm, 8am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5pm?

Salary:

25,348 per annum ?

As a key member of our Commercial Team within the construction materials industry, you will support the team in the day to day running of the office, taking orders from customers and actively generating and driving revenue.?You will be trained on our diverse range of products and services, including aggregates, recycled materials and waste solutions, quoting and arranging orders to clients large and small.?

Duties will include:?

Receive and respond to inbound enquiries (phone, email, in person) and convert them into orders or quotations.? Proactively quote to prospective and existing customers to generate new business, upsell, and cross-sell (e.g. aggregates, concrete, waste services).? Negotiate and prepare formal quotations and follow them through to close.? Manage delivery scheduling in coordination with the Transport Team, ensuring customer requirements are met.? Liaise with Sales Managers and support them with tasks (e.g. promotional campaigns, tenders, lead generation etc).? Monitor and chase outstanding quotations and follow up with clients.? Handle emails from the group inbox, routing or responding, and ensure prompt follow-up.? Maintain and grow client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.? Confidently work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with individual and team KPI's i.e. quote conversions and outbound calls.? Always comply with company policies, Health & Safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
