Job Description

AllMedPro is a specialist professional insurance broker to the healthcare sector that is expanding and has seen sales revenues increase to record levels. We have an exciting future vision and are looking for an experience, motivated and driven Sales Advisor to help us continue to achieve our growth plans. Our successful Sales Advisor will be motivated to do well, be target driven but still really care about our customers which is key. This role would suit an individual who has previously worked in a contact centre environment as a Sales Associate, Sales Executive, Sales Negotiator or Insurance Executive. It will also suit someone who is used to working in a target driven sales environment.

You will receive inbound calls and online leads from prospective customers, give amazing service and make sure the customers insurance needs are met. You will have the opportunity to earn a brilliant bonus through achieving your sales targets and maintaining excellent customer service.

Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for our customers to contact us but we're willing to discuss flexible working arrangements to help you maximise your sales performance.

It doesn't matter if you haven't worked in the healthcare sector before because we'll train you in our unique products.

Skills & Experience:



Demonstratable inbound and outbound sales experience within a target driven sales environment Adaptable, open to change, highly motivated, tenacious and able to work well under pressure whilst achieving set targets Solution driven, able to adapt sales approach to meet the customers' needs Strong attention to detail as well as being extremely organised Ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service; building rapport and trust to secure sales compliantly Ability to organise own time and to prioritise when faced with multiple tasks An excellent team player Highly computer literate with good working knowledge of all standard Microsoft programs Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

Desirable:



Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment CII and/or FCA accreditation Sales qualification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-32,000.00 per year
