E-Cig City Ltd is an established, customer-focused vaping retailer with multiple stores across the South West. We pride ourselves on friendly service, product knowledge, and building real relationships with our customers. As we continue to grow, we're looking for the right person to join our team.

We're now hiring a Sales Advisor (37.5 hours per week)

You'll be primarily based in our Taunton branch, with occasional shifts in our nearby stores to help cover holidays and sickness.

We're looking for someone who is:

Approachable, friendly, and confident with customers Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team Keen to learn about our products and provide honest, helpful advice Happy working in a calm, supportive environment where customer experience comes first
