We have a new opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join our small friendly team selling high quality garden cabins in Trowbridge. The ideal candidate will possess great negotiation skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions which results in a happy customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication both in person, on the phone and email follow ups Discuss customer expectations and solutions including pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Provide product knowledge and support to our customers, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. Utilise IT systems to manage customer information, track sales progress, and generate reports. Organise and prioritise daily tasks to ensure efficient time management and productivity.

Requirements

Experience in sales is preferred but training will be given Good negotiation skills with the desire to help our customers make the right choices Excellent customer service skills Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook with a relevance to sales management and reporting. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid driving licence is preferred.
