We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have vaping industry experience with a strong background in customer service and sales, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits.

Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales strategies.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance for senior management.

Requirements



Proven experience in e-cigarette industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
