Alpine Surveys are excited to offer a new vacancy for an additional enthusiastic and very experienced and confident Sales Advisor to join our team.
The future team member will ideally have knowledge and experience regarding the building industry, but this is not essential as training will be provided.

The job description includes:
Receiving calls and following up on lead enquiries to introduce our survey services to clients
Prioritise workload and deal with multiple enquiries via email and telephone
Establishing which services are required and providing quotations
Liaising with various internal departments and maintaining a high level of customer service
Keep an organised booking calendar, updating customers from start to finish and communicating changes to the relevant surveyor
Other Requirements:
Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and deal with multiple customers or enquiries at any one time
Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Alpine Surveys are a recognised and growing consultancy, that specialise in accurately resolving issues in properties of all ages. We provide Structural Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Thermal Imaging Surveys, Party Wall Surveys and Aerial Surveys throughout the South of England. The successful candidate will join our team in our offices just outside of Wareham.

Salary between 26,000 to 30,000 (plus bonus scheme)
