Summary

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Sales team at our Minworth Showroom. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service and assisting customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products. Your contributions will directly support our mission of putting customers first and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers instore and via phone, email, and online chat to provide product information and support. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by understanding their needs. Process orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Have confidence to seek new customers by telesales and outreach.

Requirements

Experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce. Excellent communication skills in English. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. warehouse experience would be desirable.
