Sales Advocate

to help us grow our user base and drive revenue.

Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and strategic

Sales Advocate

to champion Autojob's platform across Dublin and beyond. This role will play a critical part in driving user acquisition, building relationships with job seekers and career professionals, and creating a positive customer experience that converts prospects into loyal users. You'll be the face of Autojob, connecting with our community and helping people transform their job search.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sign-ups, Chrome extension downloads, and premium subscriptions Engage directly with prospective users through outreach, demos, and consultative conversations Build and maintain relationships with job seekers, students, career coaches, and recruitment professionals Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimise the user journey and conversion funnel Represent Autojob at networking events, career fairs, university partnerships, and industry meetups across Dublin Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and messaging Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates Identify partnership opportunities with universities, recruitment agencies, and career services Create engaging presentations and demos that showcase Autojob's value proposition
Requirements

Proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer advocacy role, preferably in a tech startup or SaaS environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently Understanding of the Dublin job market and recruitment landscape Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) Data-driven approach with ability to track metrics and optimise sales strategies Passion for startups, career development, and empowering job seekers
Nice-to-Haves

Experience selling B2C or B2B SaaS products Existing network within Dublin's startup, tech, or recruitment communities Familiarity with sales enablement tools and techniques Previous work in recruitment, HR tech, or career services Experience with digital sales strategies and social selling
