Due to our continued success we are now looking to recruit Sales/ Customer Service Agents to add to our established team.
Duties
Process Quotes/Orders
Identify and follow up Sales Leads
Answering Inbound calls from Customers to track orders/ arrange parts/returns
Emailing Customers/Suppliers to follow up enquiries
The successful candidate will
Have 12+ months continuous Sales/CS experience preferably in Office /Contact Centre (not retail)
A focus on strong administrational skills in email/written format.
Possess excellent outlook skills
Thrive in a busy customer focused environment
