We are looking for an ambitious and detail-driven

Booking Agent

to join our rapidly expanding healthcare team. This is a key frontline role where you'll be responsible for managing client bookings, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping drive the growth of one of the UK's fastest-rising healthcare brands. What You'll Do

Handle incoming and outgoing booking requests across phone, email, and online platforms. Manage and update our lead and booking systems with accuracy and accountability. Liaise with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure smooth scheduling. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the client experience. Respond to enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems with professionalism. Collaborate closely with colleagues to keep operations seamless and efficient. Contribute to wider business development initiatives as we continue scaling.
