Overview
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Agent who can generate leads, set appointments, and convert prospects into clients. This role is suited to an experienced sales professional who is confident in outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals.
This is a results-focused sales role where performance directly impacts earning potential. You will be responsible for bringing in new business and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect B2B leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and networking
Book qualified sales appointments with decision-makers
Present and sell company services, clearly communicating value and outcomes
Convert prospects into paying clients
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to agreement
Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the pipeline
Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and progress using CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound enquiries where available
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or performance-based sales roles
Strong cold outreach and follow-up skills
Confident communicator with business owners and decision-makers
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
Comfortable working independently in a remote or flexible environment
Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn, or sales outreach tools
Nice to Have
Experience selling services such as digital marketing, tech, or professional services
Existing B2B network or prospect list
Consistent track record of closing deals
