About Us

Direct Curtains Ltd and Direct Flooring Ltd supply high-quality, made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and flooring for residential and commercial clients. Based in the Midlands, we pride ourselves on excellent service, competitive pricing, and professional installation of flooring. As we grow, we're looking for self-employed agents to generate new business and potentially offer fitting services.

About the Role

This is a role for a motivated and self-employed sales agent, with the opportunity to increase income by offering fitting services (if qualified). You'll promote and sell curtains, blinds, and flooring in your area, and pass enquiries to our team to fulfil orders and installations.

If you have experience fitting curtains, blinds, or flooring, you may also offer this service directly to customers for an agreed additional fee.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell curtains, blinds, and flooring Generate leads and follow up on enquiries Pass confirmed customer details to the office team for quoting and processing Maintain a professional image of the company at all times (Optional) Provide fitting services for curtains, blinds, or flooring and agree separate charges with customers
Earnings

based on job value and agreed in advance Paid within 14 days of cleared customer payment Additional income opportunity for agents offering fitting services No cap on earnings -- performance-driven rewards
Who We're Looking For

Sales experience (especially in interiors, construction, or home improvement) is ideal Experience fitting curtains, blinds, or flooring is a strong advantage (but not essential) Self-motivated, friendly, and organised Own phone and internet access required Access to transport preferred (if meeting customers face-to-face)
