About The Role

Knight Frank are looking for a highly capable and motivated Negotiator at Associate level to join our successful Hampshire team. This is an excellent opportunity to sell and instruct beautiful homes across a highly sought-after patch, from North and East Hampshire, through the villages west of Farnham towards the Candover Valley, and north towards the villages between Basingstoke and Newbury and the east of the A34.


We're looking for a self-sufficient, driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding client service and achieving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, arranging and conducting viewings, and securing sales. Handle enquiries professionally across multiple channels - online, phone, and in-person. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our internal database. Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues.

About You

Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Assistant Sales Manager - or have 2-5 years' experience in a sales or client-facing role. Proven ability to deliver strong sales results and close deals. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and professional approach. Strong knowledge of the local property market, trends, and values (advantageous). Enthusiastic, ambitious, and a genuine team player.
