Permanent (2 week temporary contract to complete paid induction training with a view to receiving a permanent employment offer if successfully completed.)
About the Role:
We're looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team this December. Successful candidates will start with a 2-week paid training period beginning 8th December.
After training, there will be a 2-week break over the Christmas and New Year period while our operations are quieter. Team members who demonstrate great performance, reliability, and a positive attitude during training will be invited back to continue work from 5th January 2026.

Our salary is performance based bonus, so your overall package could reach 35,000 OTE.
You don't necessarily need insurance experience to apply, as full and extensive training is provided. All we ask is that you're motivated and willing to learn; the rest we can teach you.
