The Role

As a Sales Agent, your day will revolve around helping customers find the right insurance solution.

You'll:

Handle incoming calls from customers ready to buy Make outbound calls to customers who have already shown interest (no cold calling) Build rapport, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets
This is a full-time, permanent role with real career prospects in a small but rapidly growing business.

Earnings & Rewards

Basic salary:

22,283.33 (based on a 35-hour week)

A performance bonus

You don't need previous insurance experience to apply. We provide fully paid, comprehensive training, along with ongoing development throughout your employment.

Working Hours

35 hours per week Induction training: 9am-5pm (first 3-6 weeks) Shifts on a two-week rota between 8:30am-7:00pm 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am-2pm) Flexible shift patterns available
