About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Sales Agent to join our team selling Flibco coach tickets in Stansted & London. You'll be the face of the brand -- engaging with travellers, promoting ticket sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact to purchase.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and can perform confidently when working independently, as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Actively approach and engage potential customers to promote and sell Flibco coach tickets.
Deliver excellent customer service by answering queries, providing travel information, and assisting with ticket purchases.
Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through proactive and confident selling.
Provide regular, up-to-date reports on coach arrivals and departures via various channels
Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
Always represent the Flibco brand professionally and positively.
Work independently and take initiative to maximise sales during quieter periods.
Collaborate with the wider sales and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar face-to-face role is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated with a strong drive to meet targets.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern including day and night shifts.
Reliable and punctual, with a professional approach.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
