We are now looking for a motivated and confident Sales and Account Executive to join our team. This role combines account management with proactive outbound sales activity, with a strong focus on building relationships over the phone, developing new opportunities and supporting customers in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on retention, regular contact and long term relationship building.
Act as the main point of contact for your accounts and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
Customer Communication and Support
Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally, providing accurate product information and advice.
Respond to queries promptly and resolve issues with a proactive and solution focused approach.
Order and Quote Management
Create quotes, process orders and ensure that all details are accurate and delivered on time.
Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to support smooth operations.
Cold Calling and Sales Activity
Make outbound calls to merchants and contractors to introduce FlexiProof, understand their needs and identify opportunities to grow business.
Build confidence and rapport quickly over the phone to create strong first impressions.
Follow up on warm leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Product Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of FlexiProof products so that you can offer informed recommendations and support customer needs confidently.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, account management or customer service is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and handle conversations with confidence.
A positive attitude and resilience when dealing with outbound sales activity.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
A proactive mindset and the confidence to spot opportunities to increase sales.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a supportive team environment.
Competent using CRM systems (Training provided on our systems.)
