We aim to deliver impact at scale; through our curriculum, video content and topical lesson materials, young people develop critical thinking, improved emotional regulation skills and empathy for others.

About the Role:



Are you ready to be the driving force behind a new curriculum that could transform primary education across the UK? In this position, you'll develop strong relationships with school leaders, multi-academy trusts and local authorities, acting as a trusted advisor and showcasing how Life Lessons for Primary can benefit their students.

32,000 per annum, 19,200 pro rata for 3 days a week Part time - 3 days a week Remotely based with travel to schools and events Permanent

Responsibilities:



Co-plan and deliver on sales strategies in order to build new partnerships with multi-academy trusts and schools Develop and manage a portfolio of primary schools across the UK including onboarding and maintaining engagement ongoing. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with school principals, multi-academy trust leaders, teachers, and local authority education teams. Deliver impactful presentations and workshops, effectively communicating the value proposition of the Life Lessons programme. Identify and qualify sales leads through targeted outreach and networking activities. Negotiate and close contracts with schools, ensuring successful programme implementation. Develop a deep understanding of education needs and curriculum requirements. Put together proposals for multi-school partnerships, based on a sensitive understanding of partner needs. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Life Lessons. Maintain accurate records and reports on all sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:



Preferable: Experience in a sales role, ideally within the education sector. Proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving goals (preferably sales targets and revenue goals but open to hearing your experiences). Strong relationship-building abilities and a genuine passion for education. Persistent and motivated to achieve goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Positive and proactive in your approach. An excellent understanding of the UK education landscape. Excellent time management and organisational skills. The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
