Your role:
You will be working directly alongside our management team as we scale up our training business over the coming 12-36 months.
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead our sales function across a diverse set of customers, focusing on increasing revenue and driving product adoption.
You will play a critical role in converting & supporting new customers as they make their move into the professional skincare & aesthetics industry, and also in helping to identify opportunities to scale out projects and drive ROI across the business.
Success in this position requires a genuine passion for supporting our customers, strong communication skills, a focus on processes and operations and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales and account management skills, plenty of experience with CRMs, and ideally, experience working alongside marketing automation campaigns & workflows.

You will:
Drive revenue growth for MSTA by following up with and nurturing our leads (thousands of inbound leads every month) and delivering scheduled sales/demo calls with prospective students.
Use social media to nurture warm leads & graduate customers through our journey.
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service in the industry.
Drive product adoption and educate clients on our courses & products.
Support in the ongoing development of our CRM.
And ultimately, work with the wider team to drive the successful growth of all MSHQ businesses.

About You

Past Experience
At this stage, we are looking for an individual with 3+ years direct experience in a sales or business development role.
No experience in the beauty industry is necessary, however, an interest & understanding of the beauty industry is highly desirable to simplify the training, onboarding & ramp-up process.

Salary: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year fixed salary depending on experience, with uncapped commission, and an OTE (on target earnings) of 50k+.
