The Role
We're looking for a
Sales & Business Support Coordinator
to join our team at our Birmingham site.
This is a
hands-on, varied position:
ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, supporting customers, and helping drive sales forward. You'll be at the heart of our daily operations, providing essential administrative support while also contributing to customer relationships and business growth.
The role is
part-time to start
(minimum 20 hours per week), with a clear opportunity to develop into a
full-time position
as the company and your role evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the sales and management team, including processing orders, preparing quotes, and managing emails and calls.
Liaise directly with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and excellent service.
Assist in coordinating sales activities: from lead follow-ups to order tracking and reporting.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems.
Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
Play an active role in identifying new business opportunities and supporting growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in
sales support, administration, or customer service
(preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator: both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM experience preferred).
A proactive, adaptable, and motivated approach to work.
