We are a growing supplier of high-quality construction safety equipment, including barriers, fencing, and site safety solutions. We pride ourselves on strong client relationships and delivering an excellent service. We are seeking a personable and proactive Sales and Client Support Representative to support our day to day operations and client engagement.
Role Description
This role is well suited to someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and who enjoys building relationships. You will be responsible for keeping in touch with our existing clients, supporting the sales process and ensuring clients are informed about our offering. The role involves a mix of office based work and on site client visits. This is not a remote or work from home role.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain regular professional communication with clients via phone, email, and site visits
Keep clients updated on stock availability, delivery timelines, and product options o Assist with processing incoming orders, generating quotations, and coordinating deliveries
Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business o Visit client sites to build rapport, provide updates, and maintain visibility
Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Represent the company in a friendly, reliable, and professional manner
Ideal Candidate

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and able to prioritise when managing multiple tasks
A willingness to take initiative and learn on the job
Comfortable working both in an office setting and on construction sites with clients
Basic IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
Full UK driving license is required
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or working with construction clients is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
