Sales & Community Assistant (Part-Time)
To drive student growth, secure new schools and locations, strengthen community connections through proactive outreach, meaningful conversations, and creative local marketing.
This role is about connection over cold calling. Building relationships that bring new families into the school, re-engage lapsed customers, and nurture loyalty among current ones. You'll be a key part of our growth team, helping to fill classes, create buzz, and keep our school's energy high year-round.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Outreach & Lead Conversion
Contact local schools to add our classes, promote and book workshops, aiming to secure at least two new regular school partner each month.
Manage follow-up conversations with families after enquiries or trial classes to help them enrol confidently.
Track all leads and conversions through our internal systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Community Engagement
Engage with local Facebook groups and Instagram communities to promote classes and offers.
Reach out to families, schools, and local businesses to build awareness of our brand and upcoming events.
Maintain a warm, approachable tone in all messages that reflects our school culture.
Marketing Support
Collaborate with the leadership and marketing team to develop and deliver community campaigns.
Contribute ideas for initiatives like "Bring a Bestie Week," referral programs, or special trial promotions.
Help with basic campaign setup such as writing captions, sending messages, or uploading assets to support larger marketing pushes.
Reporting & Growth
Maintain a simple weekly tracker showing calls made, trials booked, conversions achieved, and outreach completed.
Reflect on what's working and share new ideas for improvement or innovation.
Key Outcomes / KPIs
Two new regular school contract each month
Ten new trial bookings each month through outreach
Consistent monthly increase in enrolments and enquiries
High engagement across local social channels and community groups
Ideal Person
You're friendly, confident and love connecting with people. You enjoy chatting with families and schools and get satisfaction from turning interest into action. You're organised, proactive, and understand that communication is everything in building trust.
Experience in customer service, sales, or community engagement is ideal, but personality and enthusiasm matter most.
Time Commitment
Part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility for school-hour calls and community engagement.
Monthly bonuses for targets hit
