We're looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team at Craig of Campbeltown Limited. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, primarily focusing on The Majestic Line. You'll provide essential sales and administrative support, offering expert advice and guidance to ensure a seamless journey from the initial enquiry right through to disembarkation.



Beyond The Majestic Line, you'll also provide vital customer and communication support to our other respected brands: West Coast Motors, Borders Buses, Kintyre Express, City Sightseeing Glasgow, and West Coast Tours. This role is all about enhancing internal communications, customer relationships through effective communication to exceed expectations and bolster our brands' reputations across all operations.


Key responsibilities




Customer communication and relationship management




Promptly respond to phone and email enquiries for all brands. Efficiently manage bookings, amendments, cancellations and updates for The Majestic Line, public transport services, sightseeing tours, and other operations. Handle customer feedback and surveys across all brands. Coordinate directly with guests for group charters and private bookings across brands. Provide support to the customer service teams for West Coast Motors, Borders Buses, and City Sightseeing Glasgow.

Operational support and coordination




Communicate essential guest and employee information across all brands. Liaise with team members and external agencies to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest and customer experiences for all services. Assist with transport arrangements specifically for The Majestic Line. Efficiently address unexpected situations as they arise for The Majestic Line. Update and maintain accurate records and general information for all brands. Provide support to the communications team for all associated brands.

Financial and administrative tasks




Maintain precise payment records and process final payments for The Majestic Line. Issue welcome packs and associated communications for The Majestic Line and other brands. Conduct courtesy calls to guests prior to cruises, tours, or private bookings. Prepare detailed financial and guest summaries for The Majestic Line.

Skills required




Sales and/or customer service experience: Previous experience across multiple sectors is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to adapt your communication style to suit diverse brand needs. Attention to detail and organisation: Exceptional organisational skills are crucial for managing multi-brand coordination. Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to solve problems effectively across various operational scenarios. Team collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment across all brands. Proficiency in administrative tools: Competence in administrative software, including CRM and payment systems, applicable to all services.
