A Typical Day:
This role is front-of-house where you will be dealing directly with our existing 1,041 students, their parents and guarantors. This will mainly be face-to-face, over the phone or via email. It's a varied role with people at the core be it selling a room or supporting a student wishing to renew their room through to day-to-day enquiries on utilities, maintenance requests, post, security or welfare support. Your interpersonal, people skills will match your attention to detail. There are elements of repetitive work, but this can shift as the team adapts to new opportunities or customer service-related enquiries.
Throughout the day, you'll:
Be part of a busy, customer-focused team responsible for looking after the students from their initial point of interest to living with us as a tenant
A varied role, including computer-based tasks and documentation, tenancy preparation and completion, processing payments and chasing debts, and customer interaction in person, by phone and online
Hold personal on-site / zoom tours with potential customers
