We are looking for a
proactive and confident Sales and Customer Service Administrator
to join our friendly team in
Oldham
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships over the phone, enjoys driving sales activity, and wants to play a key role in supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound sales calls
to existing and prospective customers to promote our products, follow up on enquiries, and secure repeat orders
Build strong relationships with customers through professional, regular communication
Handle
inbound enquiries
by phone and email with efficiency and a positive attitude
Provide quotes, process orders accurately, and manage customer accounts
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment
Maintain CRM systems and ensure customer data is up to date
Support the wider sales team with admin, reporting, and market follow-up
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally with
outbound calling experience
A
confident communicator
with a friendly, professional phone manner
A natural relationship builder who is comfortable initiating conversations with customers
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Self-motivated, able to manage workload independently and contribute to team success
