We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our products and services. Your ability to build rapport and understand customer needs will be essential in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and provide information about products and services. Process orders and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to listen actively. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order processing and customer management. A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships with customers. This role is working for a family run company, assisting with sales and service working to targets ensuring the company grow further. The role pays commission on top of hourly rate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-18.00 per hour
