Sales and Customer Service Team Member

Purple Chilli Ltd is a fast-growing company with four brands under our umbrella - Silent Disco 4U, Cinema Hire 4U, Karaoke 4U and Photobooths 4U - providing equipment and event services for a range of events, nationwide.

We are a relatively small and dynamic team with big ambitions who aim for excellence in all areas of the business; whilst working in a friendly environment. We are looking for a new team member with similar drive and ambition to help us in the next phase of our business growth.

The Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for successfully executing outbound sales campaigns and responding to inbound customer sales and service enquiries; maximising sales revenue and ensuring successful client bookings through use of a bespoke CRM system.

You will have a demonstrable history in sales and be able to provide a high standard of customer service, be confident when speaking to potential and current clients on the phone and by email, and give an appropriate level of support to meet client needs.

The nature of our business is fast-paced and often time-pressured so the post-holder will need to thrive in this environment.

You will have a passion for, and an understanding of, event delivery to ensure each client has an excellent customer experience across all brands.

While the primary role is in sales and customer service, we are a small and fast-growing business which requires our team members to be flexible and positive in their approach to work in order to respond to business needs.

Skills and experience

:

? Excellent communication skills - written and spoken

? Demonstrable experience of working in a sales environment

? Experience in working to KPIs and sales targets

? Confident use of online computer systems, such as CRM, google drive and Office

software

? Excellent time-management skills, especially in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

? Ability to stay calm and professional in times of pressure or with challenging clients

? High levels of attention to detail and accuracy, in particular the following of

predetermined processes

? A passion for, excellent customer-service

? Ability to work well in a team and independently

? Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment systems

? Experience of working in/alongside events
