The Opportunity



As our

Trade Sales & Client Success Executive

, you'll be the go-to partner for our trade customers. From managing enquiries and processing orders to spotting new opportunities and ensuring smooth delivery, you'll make sure every client gets the support they need to succeed.

This role is ideal if you enjoy combining customer service with sales, and want the variety of working across technical products, production teams, and logistics.

What you'll do



Be the first point of contact for trade customers, providing expert guidance on our products. Prepare quotes, process orders, and track progress through to delivery. Build strong relationships by handling queries quickly and professionally. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, helping clients get the best value while driving revenue. Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Stay up to date on our products and industry trends to give customers the best advice. Record activity in the CRM and contribute to team sales goals.

What you'll bring



Experience in sales or customer support, ideally with trade/manufacturing/construction clients. Confidence in upselling and cross-selling technical products. Great communication skills - able to explain complex details clearly. Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. IT confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
